You currently have the following options:

Download a paper form and mail with payment (check or money order)

to the secretary at:

Click on the following link for a Google online form once received a PayPal Invoice will be sent for payment.

Email the secretary  and provide the application information via email to submit your membership application request and a PayPal Invoice will be sent.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION OR RENEWAL

To Join or Renew your Membership with the Pepsi-Cola Collectors Club online you must have a Paypal Account, we do not accept any other form of online payment.  If do not have a Paypal Account you can create one by visiting www.paypal.com or you may download a hardcopy of the Application/Renewal form and mail it to the Club Secretary with a check or money order for the membership level you are requesting. 

Complete the following form to join or renew online.  After clicking SUBMIT you will receive a Paypal Invoice in 12-72 hours requesting payment.   Your membership will not be activated or renewed until payment has been received and your Application / Renewal has been SUBMITTED.  All required (*) items must be completed in order for the SUBMIT button to work.
